Ditchling Renovation

Since breaking ground, our team has:

• Completed groundworks, steel framing and timber framework to define the new footprint.
• Installed full roofing on both new and existing structures to get the building “in the dry”.
• Progressed first-fix carpentry: stud walls, insulation, underfloor heating and membrane installations.
• Carried out plumbing, heating and electrical rough-ins in coordination with our Gas Safe plumbers and NAPIT electricians.
• Executed smooth plastering throughout, bespoke timber-frame arched doors and initial second-fix joinery.
• Begun interior finishes: unique brick-slip flooring, decorative lighting and installation of the Christopher Hazel kitchen.
• Started external works: patio laying, driveway extension and soft landscaping.
